Chama Gaucha is an authentic Brazilian steakhouse, known as a ‘churrascaria.’ The rodizio-style of meat service separates us from the traditional steakhouse. Instead of limiting our guests to one particular cut of meat, we invite them to indulge and dine on fourteen different selections. Lamb, pork chicken, beef and pork sausages, all served on skewers, will be presented and offered to each guest. Guests may choose to feast on all the selections or indulge on their particular favorites. In addition, a bountiful salad bar entices even the hardy carnivores.
